Having spent years building and managing her own property portfolio, Katie understands both sides of the experience — what guests truly value, and what property owners need to achieve consistent, reliable income. This balance sits at the heart of Ocean Breaks.
Before focusing fully on Ocean Breaks, Katie has built a successful career as a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, leading large-scale projects and managing high-performing teams. She brings this same level of structure, attention to detail, and financial awareness into Ocean Breaks — ensuring every property is not only beautifully presented, but also professionally managed for performance.
What started as a single vision — to offer thoughtfully presented, well-managed holiday homes along the Dorset coast — has grown into a boutique service focused on quality over quantity. Every property is carefully selected, prepared with care, and actively managed to deliver outstanding guest experiences and strong financial results.
